Find Mobile Discos in New Mills
Find Mobile Discos in Buxton area, RM disco covers all types of functions, but weddings are my favorite. Whilst most celebrations are pretty straight forward, weddings always require a little more thought, planning and consideration. For example.....
Have you thought about how you will play your breakfast music? most dedicated wedding venues and hotels have some form of PA, but they are not always the best quality. It's always a good idea to ask if you can listen to the system before your big day
Unless the venue has a toastmaster or master of ceremonies, how will you plan your Grande entrance as the brand new married couple? if your on a budget and the venue has a PA and radio microphone, perhaps ask a friend or family member, alternatively, you can book me to help with all the official announcements throughout the day, including help with the breakfast music
I can formally introduce your speeches and supply radio microphone and PA system, however, it might be worth checking with your venue to see if they already have a PA that you can use. People tend to absorb sound, so a microphone is essential if you would like everyone to hear clearly what is being said
Cutting of the cake:
Not only is it important for your photographer to capture your moment of cutting the cake, it's always a bonus when friends and family get a photo opportunity too, I can help rally everyone around with their cameras, or indeed, camera phones to capture your memories
Naturally, the first dance is a very special moment, so consideration of timing and if you would like me to invite your guests onto the dance floor about half way through are tow small but very important points, for example, will all your evening guests be there, and letting your photographer know that they will have a chance to capture you two on your own and then all your friends and family with you (Photographers usually vanish after the first dance, so it's a great way to complete the day of taking pictures)
If always a good idea to discuss all of the above in detail, having a good idea of how your day will run is also essential, for example, room turn around times is usually the time for the DJ to get setup, or perhaps your venue and room configuration may have the option for early morning setup. A consultation will also enable us to discuss music preferences and get to know each other a little better in the process.
It's good to talk:
When shopping around for DJ's for your special day, it's always worth having an initial chat on the phone to see how you feel about the person you may potentially be booking for the most important day of your life, take your time, chat to a few DJ's, discuss music, ask about equipment, PAT test and public liability insurance, how flexible are they willing to be in order to help your day run perfect, will they take requests on the night, ask them to explain a typical event and how they work, etc
